The Final Showdown

I have made it to the finals of the search for Spokane's second funniest person. I was nervous Thursday night, but I am even more so now. I saw a lot of acts come out and I saw some people rise to the occasion and I saw a lot of people fall flat on their face. I am nervous not because of the events that are about to happen tonight, but I am more nervous of the past coming back up to bite me in the ass. I have only won something once before and that was guessing the amount of peppermints in a jar when I was in grade school. Even though I am nervous, I am going to go up there and give the show of my life. I will do what I have to do in order to win this thing. If I don't, that doesn't mean I am not funny, it just means it wasn't my day.
